We recommend you to carefully read and understand our Terms and Conditions in order to get a clarification on services we are providing.
These terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you buy a ticket or any other travel service from us as follows:
- For the ticket reservation, once the ticket payment is not done within the next 2 days of reservation, the price is subjected to change in the following days
- Once paid in Rwandan francs, the exchange rate is calculated according to the current rate of commercial banks.
- We accept cash, cheques, Visa card and bank transfers.

- For our clients, we offer airport drop off and pick up at 50% of normal price as a bonus
- Changes and cancellations of flight ticket
Customer’s ability to cancel or modify an issued ticket, and the method to do so, will depend on the specific airline’s rules and penalties. In some cases, it may not be possible to cancel or modify the ticket, or there may be specific requirements you will have to meet. Note that, in many cases, extra fees will apply.
Passport, Visas and Health Requirements
As our customer, it is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all passports, visas, and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary.
We advise you that your Passport is valid for at least six months after your scheduled return date, to avoid having identification or any other issues during your travel.
Delays on arrival to airport
As a traveler, it is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive on airport 2 hours before the departure time to allow you to do check-in and boarding on time.
We do not undertake any responsibility in case you miss the flight due to failure to arrive on airport on time without pre-justified reasons.
Always keep in mind that in case you miss a flight, to abtain another ticket will require extra fees.
